LOST IN REFLECTION

GUILLAUME LACHAPELLE

ARTWORK DESCRIPTION
LOST IN REFLFECTION
Lost in Reflection plunges the viewer into an infinite space that dissolves into a dark, enigmatic void. This dizzying work challenges our visual perception as an enigmatic library opens onto an endless corridor through a subtle interplay of mirrors and light. The repeated shelves, filled with inaccessible books, suggest total knowledge… yet remain forever elusive.

Guillaume Lachapelle experiments with perception and questions the very nature of knowledge. Lost in Reflection confronts us with the boundless expanse of information and the vertigo of its accumulation, evoking an internet that is abundant yet paradoxically devoid of meaning.
